Project Brief

The client engaged The Sincero Group to help them through the process of redeveloping a rental property into a dual occupancy to increase their revenue stream from the land. The block size was relatively small at only 698 sqm. The engagement with the customer had three steps, at which at the end of any step, they were free to engage a different builder/consultant. The clients gfoal was to achieve a turn key solution 

  • STAGE 1- Planning & Permits
  • STAGE 2 - Requirements
  • STAGE 3 - Tender/Builder Selection
  • STAGE 4 - Construction

Thankfully, we were able to deliver all 4 stages. In the end we achieved 2 townhouses which were released proving the client with a >10% return on their investment.

  • House 1 - 4 Bed, 2 Bath, 2 Living Areas & Double Garage - 24 squares.
  • House 2 - 3 Bed, 2 Bath, Open Plan Living & Dining & Single Garage - 20 squares.
