Project Brief

The Sincero Group was engaged to help the client through the process of redeveloping a large block of land in Ringwood measuring over 2,500 sqm for investment purposes. They client was seeking a turn key solution, from demolition, through to plans, permits, construction, landscaping and then working closely with the Estate Agent during the leasing process. In addition, this client was seeking an arrangement where the builder would also manage all maintenance on a 5 year contract. Although something new to The Sincero Group, the maintenance contract has proved to be a great success and we are keen to replicate this arrangement with future clients. As a result, the client achieved 7 double story townhouses all with 4 bedrooms and double garages. The client has been happy enough with the result that we are now planning another project in Clayton.
