PROJECT BRIEF - Foundations of Quality: Our First Project (2007)

Our initial foray into development in 2007 was a self-managed project that established The Sincero Group's core philosophy. We developed three townhouses, selling the front two while retaining the third as an investment property until 2025.

Choosing to work on our own development first minimized the pressure of client-imposed contractual deadlines, giving us the necessary latitude to address any issues without compromising our high standards of quality. This approach proved highly successful: the property required only minimal upkeep over the 18 years we owned it and remained in excellent original condition, proving the long-term value of meticulous craftsmanship.
