Established in 2006 and rebranded in 2017, The Sincero Group is a boutique building firm dedicated to excellence across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs

We have designed, developed and completed more than 250 successful projects on behalf private investor and everyday families. Our sweet spot in the industry has been building/renovating/extending high quality architectural homes working alongside Architects and Clients.

We are also specialise in ‘Build For Rent’ projects where we leverage our extensive property management background to benefit our clients. By integrating long-term maintenance insights into the initial design and construction phases, we help property owners significantly reduce future upkeep costs and maximize their investment returns.

As registered builders (CDB-U 48755) with the BPC (Building and Plumbing Commission)\, we have a breadth of experience in buying sites for development, or simply helping other investors or home owners realise their dreams. For some investors, we have also provided a unique experience where we manage the properties on the owners behalf, dealing with all maintenance post construction. In many cases we will take on smaller work as they are easy to schedule around larger projects.
