What We do?
Being a registered builder (CDB-U 48755) with the VBA (Victoria Building Authority) and keen property developers, we have a breadth of experience in buying sites for development, or simply helping other investors or home owners realise their dreams. For some investors, we have also provided a unique experience where we manage the properties on the owners behalf, dealing with all maintenance items after construction. This unique service correctly ensures that as the builder, we are taking care to minimise maintenance that comes at our expense down the the track.
We also help client project manage their building project whereby we are not the ‘builder’ but the project manager ensuring that the clients outcomes and interests are protected and ultimately they get what they pay for.
