Project Brief

The Sincero Group was commissioned to lead the full-scale redevelopment of a substantial 2,500 sqm allotment in Ringwood. Our client required a complete turnkey solution to transform the land into a high-yielding investment asset. We managed the entire project lifecycle, including demolition, architectural planning, permit procurement, construction, and final landscaping.

Furthering our commitment to the client’s long-term success, we facilitated the leasing process in partnership with local estate agents. A unique highlight of this engagement was the establishment of a five-year comprehensive maintenance contract—a bespoke service model that has proved highly successful and is now a core offering for our future partners.

The Result (Completed in 2016):

  • Seven premium double-story townhouses

  • All units feature 4 bedrooms and double garages.

  • High client satisfaction leading to the commencement of a new project in Clayton in 2026.
