PROJECT BRIEF - In 2019, we transformed a challenging solid-brick apartment into a contemporary rental asset. Recommended by a mutual friend, we managed a full-scale renovation that included a new kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and complete interior finishes. Working within a rigid concrete and brick structure presented unique technical hurdles, but we delivered the project on schedule, handing back a fully revitalized space optimized for immediate leasing.
